Once engaged, we work on lobby culture, a concept created by such brand powerhouses as The Hoxton Hotel and The Ace Hotel.

Lobby culture is basically the idea of definitely blurring the line between private and public space. It is where you cater for the customers of the space but open the doors to the community that surrounds it.

Hustle & Grind, through the guidance of Ian Minor will concentrate on developing lobby culture.

Hustle & Grind is a Hybrid Hospitality concept. A hybrid is a dynamic, multifunctional space with community at its core. This leads into the utilisation of the space.

Each Hustle & Grind will provide a lobby area where we welcome whom we lovingly term “Freeloaders’. Those that treat our lobby as their home and we’re ok with that. Our lobbies have comfy sofas, free wifi and affordable food and drink to fuel your creativity.
